About the Collection

I became interested in all things dachshund when Betty (a smooth red) came to live with our family in 1995. She immediately took over our household and our lives! Who could imagine that one extremely cute, small creature would soon be running the show? I guess you could say I developed an avid interest in our dachshund and so began the dachshund art collection.

Betty was a wonderful companion: attentive, intuitive and always entertaining. She was my best little friend and I will always miss her.

Now I have a new little friend to inspire the dachshund collection: Daisy AKA Daisy Cakes. She is a great little doxie, funny, loving, and full of energy! Whoo Hoo!!
