Ordering: Ordering from ShopDoxies.com is easy. When you see an item you want, simply click on the “Add to Shopping Cart” button. Your shopping basket will be displayed with all of the items in it. You may view your cart at any time by clicking “View Cart”. Whenever you are ready to finalize your order, please proceed to checkout. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover through our secure and convenient PayPal interface.

Sales Tax: We are located in Scottsdale, AZ. Arizona residents are charged a 8.95% sales tax.

Payments: All Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit card transactions are processed through the safe and secure PayPal payment gateway. PayPal account not required.

Privacy: Your information is securely transmitted. We do not share email lists, nor do we share information.

Order Processing: Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an email confirmation with the complete order information. Please look over your order to make sure all the information is correct and contact us within 24 hours if any changes need to be made.

Shipping and Delivery: Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 days after order is received, via USPS with Delivery Confirmation.

Damage in Transit: If your delivery has a damaged item(s), please contact us immediately. We will gladly send a replacement of same item(s) for the item(s) damaged in transit. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any delivery or shipping charges.

Dachshund StretchingReturn Policy: If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may send unused merchandise back to us within 7 days of shipment date for a partial refund. There is a 20% restocking fee assessed to all returns. Shipping and Handling (S/H) fees are not refundable. If the seal has been broken on the protective wrap the print is NOT returnable. Please email us before you return the item and we’ll give you a return authorization number. Packages will not be accepted with out a return authorization number.

NOTE: Due to the nature of personalized art prints we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on personalized art. 

Please package your return in the original packaging and send it back to us prepaid and insured. We cannot issue credit if your merchandise is lost or damaged in the mail, merchandise must be in perfect, saleable condition.

NOTE: If the seal has been broken on the protective covering the print is NOT returnable.

Once we receive your return we will send you a confirmation email and issue a refund for merchandise, less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.
